The Machine Shop is fully functional and includes the following types of equipment:
- 3 Horizontal Boring Mills (up to 4")
- 7 Lathes - CNC and Manual (Capacities up to 350"in length)
- 48" Blanchard rotary surface grinder
- ID, OD and surface grinders
- Bridgeport milling machines
- Various drill presses, drills, saws, etc.
Newly manufactured or rebuilt parts are built or repaired to meet or exceed OEM specifications. All parts are warranted to be free of material defects or workmanship. Because of our capabilities, and our inventory, we are ideally suited to "getting you up and running," in the event of a breakdown.
Many parts are available for same day (local) or next day delivery.
We have the engineering and manufacturing capability to produce parts for all makes of injection molding machines - whether new or obsolete models.
